Sometimes called the "Black Pineapple, " this unusual Belgian tomato produces loads of citrus, sweet & smoky fruit in greens, purples and yellows with red streaks. The fruit can grow up to 1.5 pounds and gives heavy yields. The Ananas Noire was introduced by Pascal Moreau in 2005.

Sweet flavor from these red, 8 oz. fruit with a shape that is oblong, almost like an acorn or tear drop. Perfect for canning and sauces, this is a paste tomato with a thick flesh that cooks down to a creamy sauce. When sliced raw, it is sweet. Amish paste has few seeds.

The Tomato Bush Italian Roma, 'Lycopersicon lycopersicum', is a determinate type Heirloom paste tomato from Italy. The Italian Roma is an absolutely excellent, old heirloom tomato used for sauce or canning. The very firm, meaty 3 inch pear-shaped fruits have very few seeds.
